Role summary:
The Project Manager role is to ensure the Health and Safety of Complex Projects, who is accountable for the leading through managing of teams, planning and programming, key focus on Financials delivery for the life cycle of the allocated projects streamlining our revenue and Margin in line with budget set.
Skills/Responsibilities:
* Overall Management, H&S and Accountable for the Financial Result of Projects.
* Attendance at Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Internal/External Meetings as Required.
* Weekly Update and Issue Project Programmes and Report Internally and Externally.
* Accountable for Customer Satisfaction and Primary Point of Contact for Projects Internally and Externally.
* Monthly Cost Plan Reviews and Applications (AFP).
* Raising RPO’s, Goods Receipting and Commercial Responsibilities (VO’s, Delay Reporting, Dayworks)
* Management, Health & Safety of Prestige and Complex Projects.
* Accountable for the Financial Result of Projects allocated.
Experience Required:
* SSSTS / SMSTS (Site related Skill sets)
* CSCS Card (Gold/ Black/ White)
* NVQ3 in Lift & Escalator Installation
* Extensive experience with complex Project Management
* Proven track record of working with >£3M order book
