You’ll join a great organisation who are passionate about Apps, who work with a diverse portfolio of clients—ranging from innovative start-ups to established global brands To be a suitable candidate, it’s essential that you are a fully qualified accountant, have relevant finance experience, and possess a strong working knowledge of agency operations. With a flexible hybrid working model, you’ll spend at least three days a week in their lively Zone 1 London office. Key Responsibilities of the role Month-end reporting: Accruals, prepayments, deferred income, and management accounts preparation Reporting for parent company: Manage and deliver all required financial reporting Team management: Lead and develop one team member Revenue reconciliation: Compare actuals to forecast and update cost budgets Commercial reporting: Support development of client profitability, KPIs and revenue dashboards Budgeting and forecasting: Assist with reforecasting and annual budgeting Payroll management: Oversee payroll schedules and liaise with outsourced payroll provider Ledger Management: Oversee the management of the Accounts Payable and Receivable; including debtors/collections, and execute bi-monthly payments Candidate Requirements Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) – essential Previous relevant finance experience ideally within a Media Agency or similar environment is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, logical, adaptable, and deadline-driven Team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment Highly organised with strong attention to detail Friendly, approachable, and self-motivated Please note: Only suitable applicants will be contacted regarding this position.
