Job Description: They are looking for a natural people person who can forge long-lasting working relationships with customers and enjoys being their trusted advisor and their ‘go to’ for advice about their software solutions and services.
Carry out at least quarterly visits with customers to support their requirements, involving UK travel, some overnight stays, and excellent planning to optimize your days seeing multiple customers where geographically possible.
Nurture customer accounts for upsell, cross-sell, and contractual revenue opportunities.
Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge of products, services, and technological developments to advise customers effectively.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and discuss projects with development, web, support, and account management teams.
Maintain high standards of record-keeping on our CRM.
Work alongside Marketing to deliver and optimize opportunities from campaigns.
Sales experience (new business and/or account management).
Knowledge of software implementation and training.
