MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry-leading client in their search for an experienced Project Administrator as soon as possible. The Role you will be doing;
* Set up and manage SharePoint sites, templates, trackers, and SOP libraries
* Build and maintain MS Planner boards, action logs, and task ownership flows
* Assist with data collation, benefits tracking, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates
* Coordinate meetings, prepare packs, keep actions tight, and ensure things keep moving
* Act as a key bridge between the Logistics Manager and the wider business (Logistics, Ops, Procurement, Comms, etc.)
* Help create structure from a lot of moving parts
* Translate vision into execution
* You will work Monday to Thursday between 8 am and 5 pm and Friday from 8 am to 3:30 pm
About you;
* Strong administration skills
* Previous project experience in coordination, organization, and overall administration support
* Strong MS365 capability is essential (Planner, SharePoint, Loop, Teams, Excel, Word, Power BI)
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising with different departments of the business
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Creative mindset
* Ability to turn vision into execution
* You must have a full UK driving license
* Comfortable influencing others to maintain momentum
* Able to follow instructions and act accordingly
