Clearance Operative
Location - Burton Upon Trent
Hourly rate - £13.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on payment type) + a company van
Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week
Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a well-established housing association with the recruitment of a Clearance Operative to work within their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Clearing out empty properties
* Filling up skips with waste and materials
* Assisting trades with moving furniture
* Cleaning the rooms once they are empty
Qualifications
* Full UK Driver's license
* Experience with labouring and cleaning duties
* Willing to carry out a basic DBS check - We will support with this
* Asbestos awareness certification - preferred but not essential
