We are looking for an experienced in-house recruiter to join our small but powerful team as an HR/Recruitment Advisor. This role would be based on-site in our Romsey Office (Southampton). The role will primarily consist of: * Owning recruitment for the UK (typically 3-5 vacancies at any time) - including screening CVs, initial telephone screening, interview arrangements and onboarding administration. * Dealing with HR Administration, including monitoring the HR Inbox, supporting payroll with time & attendance queries, writing change letters and ensuring return to works and training records are completed. * (With development and support) Advising managers on employee relations such as performance, absence, probation, disciplinaries and maternity/paternity. With this role will come the opportunity to complete a CIPD course at Level 3 or 5. About you: * The ideal candidate will be happiest in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety. * Accurate and detail orientated with administration and onboarding tasks, with a good understanding and commitment to compliance (ie: Right to Work ID, DBS, Driving License checks) * Flexible and adaptable to different business areas, and able to tailor advice accordingly.
