Essential Job Functions Responsible for customer inventory, receipts, put away and shipping for a specific client Dispatch drivers and respond to drivers' calls Notify drivers of assignments and direct their activities to ensure cargo is picked up and delivered Update data base on all dispatched moved. Ensure compliance with IAA regulations. Coordinate with other departments within the company. Respond to & solve production problems. Train employees on job specific duties. Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements. Effectively communicate with clients, vendors and employees daily. Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process.
