As the Credit Controller/Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team alongside: - Allocation of payments onto customer accounts Debt chasing / updating the credit control list Check the legal letters Set up new accounts / Check credit report Check the bank throughout the day to see what payments have come in to take accounts off on hold Taking calls throughout the day and card payments Scanning Daily emails on own emails and credit control Sending weekly copies and credit copies to customers Monthly copies to customers breakdown of accounts Candidate Profile: A proven background in commercial credit control or B2B collections OR sales/customer service experience and a desire to move into collections Confidence on the phone and working to financial targets Candidate Skills: Effective communication Influencing & negotiating skills Rapport building Customer focus Teamwork Articulate, literate & numerate with excellent keyboard skills Benefits: A competitive salary depending on experience A friendly working environment Free parking on-site
