Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team in Clydebank, United Kingdom. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting our care professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.
1. Support care consultations, service reviews, and completion of client support plans
2. Conduct staff supervisions and client quality assurance checks
3. Create, update, and audit client care plans, including assistance with digital care planning
4. Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records using Home Instead software and People Planner
5. Conduct client and Care Professional introductions
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care
7. Carry out client reviews and implement necessary actions
8. Support and mentor Care Professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
9. Provide support to the Client Experience team
10. Maintain regular contact with clients and Care Professionals
11. Participate in on-call duties as required
12. Ensure compliance with equality, diversity, and equal opportunities policies
13. Contribute to the successful operation of the business through additional duties as directed by your line manager

Qualifications
14. SVQ 3 Qualification desirable or willing to work towards it
15. Proven experience in the care sector, delivering a wide range of personal care services
16. Experience in managing care services within an office role, including care planning and risk assessments
17. In-depth knowledge of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care
18. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
19. Proficiency in care management technology and willingness to provide support and training to Care Professionals
20. Strong understanding of confidentiality and current legislation in the care sector
21. Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms
22. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for client visits within the territory
23. Exceptional organisational skills and flexibility to meet the needs of the business
24. Leadership and mentoring abilities to support and guide Care Professionals
25. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in care delivery and team management
26. Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively
27. Passion for delivering the highest quality care and helping clients live independently in their own homes
