Your new companyOur client is a highly-regarded defendant law firm who are looking to strengthen their local authority department. This is a remote working role. Your new role- Manage your own caseload of casualty injury claims on behalf of local authorities such as housing associations and charities.- Assist senior associates and partners on high-value catastrophic claims.- Support marketing and undertake business development activity to bolster the profile of the team.- Attend networking events and client training.What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor/chartered legal executive with experience in EL/PL, occupiers liability and highway liability claims. Experience assisting with higher-value casualty claims is beneficial. Experience working with local authorities is beneficial. In-house solicitors with personal injury experience are encouraged to apply.What you'll get in returnThis is a great opportunity for solicitors and/or chartered legal executives with casualty experience.
