Allocating breakdown and maintenance jobs to engineers, ensuring maximum efficiency Handling incoming calls and emails, logging jobs accurately and professionally Managing customer expectations while delivering excellent service at every touchpoint Monitoring repair costs, raising quotations, and ensuring work stays within budget Maintaining accurate system records and supporting day-to-day service administration About YouYou are organised, proactive, and confident communicating with customers and colleagues in a busy environment. You enjoy solving problems, working to deadlines, and keeping multiple moving parts under control.
