The Role
Ideal for an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with existing experience in a UK practice, confident managing a portfolio and delivering high-quality client service.
Key responsibilities include:

* Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts, corporation tax, self-assessment, and property accounts.
\t
* Overseeing VAT returns and bookkeeping reviews.
\t
* Managing your own portfolio of clients and acting as their main point of contact.
\t
* Identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance.
\t
* Reviewing junior team members' work and supporting their development.
\t
* Contributing ideas for process improvements and best practice.
What You'll Bring

* ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
\t
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
\t
* Strong technical knowledge across accounts prep, VAT, self-assessment, and corporation tax.
\t
* Proficiency with cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
\t
* Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach.
\t
* A proactive mindset with the ability to mentor junior staff.
