Exciting Opportunity: Cover Supervisor in Rawtenstall

Currently, we're seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to become an integral part of our Rawtenstall team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Classroom Management: Oversee classrooms, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere and adherence to school behaviour and safety protocols.
* Lesson Delivery: Follow predetermined lesson plans, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their studies.
* Supporting Classroom Discipline: Promote good behaviour, address disciplinary issues professionally, and assist students as required.
* Reporting: Accurately document daily activities, student progress, and concerns, relaying this information to the teaching staff.
Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Exceptional classroom management abilities.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse age groups and subjects.
* A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Requirements:
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references.
* CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent (preferred).
* Degree or equivalent (preferred).
