Your Role

You will be supported by our Home Office teams and Area Managers, receiving regular updates and performance feedback.
About You
Our Optical Managers oversee and manage the entire operation, including managing Optometrists and Optical assistants, overseeing compliance, reviewing sales targets, and handling customer queries. You will be responsible for clinic management and shop floor processes. Working closely with an Optometrist, you will coach and develop your team, so confidence in coaching is essential. The role requires excellent organization and time management skills.
You should be:
* A fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC
* On track to meet CPD requirements
* Confident in coaching others
* Committed to providing excellent customer care
* Driven to meet department targets
* Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced optics environment
