A specialist recruitment company based in Canterbury are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant. This is a really successful high billing and fun team with a strong team work mentality. They are open on sector background and will provide full training on the market and specialism. This position is Hybrid, two days a week in the office and three days remote. The position is a five-minute walk from Canterbury West Station. You don't need a driving licence to apply. The salary band for this role is broad, allowing for candidates with both sales and recruitment backgrounds. We will advise the salary suitable for you in a first-stage screening call. The banding is £25k to £30k basic salary depending on experience plus a great commission scheme. The Role Recruiting in Professional markets, White Collar roles. Hiring mainly perm positions for clients. They have several desks, some doing more high-volume perm roles on £30-50K level and others doing very niche specialist roles up to £150K level. They will work out with you which desk and markets suit you better. Selling Points Uncapped commission without a threshold. Y ou will earn 10 to 40% in commission on the deal value of every person you place. E.g. if you placed two people in one month and the company earned £30,000 for this business, you would take 40% of this as commission. So this is a very high-earning role. Hybrid role, two days a week in the office and the rest from home. You can come in more days a week if you want to use the office but this is flexible. You will receive a structured training programme at all levels when you join. They can hire at junior or mid to senior level and are open minded on level of experience and will adjust salary accordingly. You might also come a sales background and not have any recruitment experience, for example you might have done a B2B sales role for over a year and be interested in a new career into Recruitment. You will have strong communication and relationship-building skills and have a positive attitude, an optimistic approach You will have a strong desire to achieve and be successful and proven success in an area of your life, whether that is work or extracurricular activities You will be a strong written communicator with a high level of problem-solving skills and situational judgement
