?? The Role

As Director of Sales, you will oversee all aspects of the Sales & Events functionfrom handling enquiries and securing bookings to organising seamless event execution and managing post-event feedback. The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a focus on driving revenue, enhancing guest satisfaction, and expanding the hotel's client base across corporate, leisure, and social sectors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Managing the full sales and events cycle: enquiries, proposals, bookings, contracts, and feedback.

* Driving new business development across all revenue streams (corporate, MICE, leisure, weddings, and more).

* Owning the hotels local sales delivery strategy, including social media campaigns and promotional events.

* Collaborating with marketing to create and promote seasonal packages and bespoke experiences.

* Leading the team in implementing dynamic pricing strategies.

* Maintaining up-to-date systems and reporting tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and diary management.

* Proven experience in hotel sales or events management.

* A proactive approach to lead generation and client relationship management.

* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
