We are currently seeking a self-driven, ambitious, and hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead our 99 bedroom hotel in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong Food & Beverage background, proven experience as a General Manager, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all hotel operations, ensuring commercial success, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.

Drive revenue and profitability through strategic planning, OKRs, and effective financial management.

Implement innovative operational strategies aligned with AG Hotels’ vision.

Monitor market trends, guest feedback, and performance data to enhance service and revenue streams.

Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and operational standards.

Oversee property maintenance in collaboration with the central support team.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar property.

Strong background in Food & Beverage and hotel operations.
