About the Role
A national team of 25 lawyers covering Employment, Pensions and Immigration, with a strong network of employment lawyers across Europe. The team includes four employer partners and two part-time employment judges, offering experience and insight, but also opportunity for career progression.
With a collaborative and collegiate culture, their client base is international and are known to provide solutions to complex issues facing employers in the private sector. The Team is supported by tax, equity incentive, regulatory and privacy lawyers.
The focus is on high quality work covering three main areas: Transformation (restructurings, reductions in force, outsourcings and other change programmes); Investigations (lawyer and client-led); and Litigation (Employment Tribunals, County Court and High Court).
