Responsibilities

* Train new staff on operational procedures, culinary skills, and customer service excellence.
* Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked and ordered as necessary.

* Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or restaurant industry is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, with excellent leadership skills.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
* Previous experience in restaurant management or food service operations will be an advantage.
