Job Title: Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Team
Location: Devon
Rate: £44 per hour
A Children’s Social Worker is required to join our client based in Devon within their CWD Team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will work directly with children and families, collaborating with staff within the Directorate and partner agencies. You will ensure referrals are responded to in a child-focused and timely manner, carry out assessments, and investigate concerns to determine the most appropriate support for the child and family. Your dedication will be towards improving the lives of children and families within Herefordshire.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
