We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Success Advisor to join our client's growing team based in Trafford Park, Manchester.
The rate of pay is £25,600 per annum, plus bonus. This is a full‑time role working fixed shifts from 8am to 5pm. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support across a range of communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Carry out a variety of outbound calls, from check‑in to proactive cold‑call sales calls.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
* Liaise with internal teams to follow up on customer requests.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous proven experience in a customer service or contact‑centre environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem‑solving ability and a calm, patient manner.
* Competent IT skills, including MS Office and CRM systems (Creatio CRM).
* Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
