Responsibilities of the role:
To assist the Manager in ensuring the effective, safe and profitable running of all locations
Assist with individual referrals
Provide support to all staff within the group on a 24 hour on call basis
Ability to work 2 weekends per month
Assist with management of staff
Requirements:
Experience of working with people with complex needs desirable
NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3 mandatory working toward Level5
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Good organisational skills
Drivers license
Must be on call one weekend per month
