Our client, an organisation based in Lutterworth, are seeking a highly skilled administrator who has worked within a Professional Conduct department previously. The successful candidate will be supporting in the timely, effective and lawful processing of complaints - please only apply if you have relevant experience.
The key responsibilities of a Case Processor:
* Providing administrative support to agreed standards and deadlines and in particular with regard to complaints from initial panel stages to the hearing and post hearing stages
* Communicating both verbaly and in writing with parties to a complaint to keep them informed of the progress of the case
* Managing and owning a portfolio of cases
* Assisting in the arrangement, facilitiation, support and servicing of panel meetings
The minimum requirements of a Case Processor:
* Proven experiences as a case worker or similar
* Experience working in a fast paced and demanding role overseeing a high volume of caseloads
* Knowledge of the Professional Conduct Procedures and Ethical Frameworks
* Excellent communication and listening skills, proactive and enthusiastic
* Can maintain relationships with people at all levels
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Experience with word, excel, outlook, databases etc
* Good interpersonal skills
