Customer Support Advisor – Swindon - £28,000 – Benefits and Quarterly Bonus Scheme of £500.
10 x Month Maternity Fixed Term Contract– Possibility of Hybrid working after Training and Successful Assessment – Birthday Day Off and possibility of 3 Extra Days off at Xmas! Hours are 8.40am to 5pm Mon to Thursday and 8.40am to 4.10pm finish on a Friday with 30 minutes Lunch Break. 37.50 Hours Working Week.
To start March 9th for full training and Handover
Our Client is looking for an experienced Customer Support Advisor to join their Swindon Office. Working in a small, friendly, hard- working Team.
Duties will include:
1. Supporting the Southeast & Northern Regions
2. Taking & Processing all Orders
3. 1st Point of Contact for all Enquiries, Queries and Customer questions
4. Ability to promote New Products & Promotions to your Clients in order to Upsell
5. Issue Resolution to everyone’s satisfaction
6. 1st point of Contact for all incoming Emails
7. Communicate with other departments to ensure Timely delivery
8. Administration – To fully support the Regional Manager’s
Skills & Experience Required
9. Strong Communication skills, both Oral and Written
10. Engaging, Confident and Friendly Manner
11. Ability to Communicate at all Levels
12. Experience in Processing Orders
13. Excellent I.T Skills
14. Accurate Data Entry, ensuring all Orders are correct
15. Not afraid to pick up the phone and Talk to Customers
16. Team Player with a Strong Work Ethic
