Offer description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Sales and New Business teams. This varied and dynamic role involves both office-based administrative tasks and field-based marketing responsibilities, such as taking property photographs, creating video tours and floorplans, and conducting property viewings. The ideal candidate will be organised, personable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

* Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Sales Manager and New Business Manager.
* Prepare and manage client files, contracts, and correspondence.
* Handle internal systems for property listings, updates, and status tracking.
* Assist in preparing reports, sales materials, and other documentation.
* Maintain databases, calendars, and schedules for property appointments and marketing activities.

Marketing Support

* Visit properties to carry out professional photography, video tours, and floor plan measurements.
* Upload and manage property media across digital platforms and marketing channels.
* Ensure all marketing content is accurate, high-quality, and brand-aligned.
* Assist in producing brochures, window cards, and online advertising materials.
* Support social media and email marketing campaigns where required.

Client Interaction & Viewings

* Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional and courteous manner.
* Represent the company positively during all client-facing activities.
* Provide timely and accurate feedback from viewings to relevant managers.

Requirements:

* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle – essential.
* Previous experience in a sales, property, or marketing environment preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and property management or CRM software.
* Good photography skills and basic knowledge of video and floorplan creation (training can be provided).
* A self-starter with a professional manner and excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
