Buying Admin Assistant – Womenswear (4‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract)
Are you passionate about fashion and eager to start your career in the retail industry? We're looking for a highly organised Buying Admin Assistant (BAA) to join our dynamic Womenswear team. In this role, you’ll support the buying team to create and deliver product ranges that resonate with our customers, manage product development, analyse market trends, and help make our collections innovative and commercially successful.

Key Accountabilities
* Analyse market trends, competitor products, and historical sales data to compile and present findings that support the development of commercially successful product ranges.
* Work closely with the Buying team to assist in the development of fashion‑forward products, ensuring that each item aligns with customer needs and market trends.
* Organise and manage the daily sample process, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of products.
* Assist in monitoring the critical path to ensure that all product development milestones are met.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams such as Design, Merchandising, and Sourcing, as well as external suppliers, to support the delivery of our product ranges.
Qualifications
* Relevant fashion or buying degree preferred but not essential.
* Passion for womenswear fashion required.
* Attention to detail and ability to use internal IT systems.
* Strong communicator and team player.
* As this is a fixed‑term contract, short notice period essential.
