Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to join our Customer Success Team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with our top clients, ensuring maximum value is realised from our solutions, and driving incremental client satisfaction and retention. We aim for the Client Partner to become a trusted advisor, recognised as an expert in leveraging Bright’s products and services to deliver maximum value, earning the right to open conversations about further investments in Bright.
Key Responsibilities
* Creating a trust based working relationship with the client that encourages further investment in Bright
* Supporting and collaborating with sales account managers in driving up and cross‑selling
* Ensuring the voice of our key customers is heard loud and clear
* Working with product teams to ensure our products provide the outcomes our customers require
* Ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards
* Developing and executing on account plans, tailored specifically to the client
* Ensuring all account KPIs are achieved
* Guiding customers toward advocacy
* Owning the retention of the account
* Stay current on industry trends, in the payroll and accounting space
What We’re Looking For
Technical Competencies
* Experience in client‑facing roles within SaaS environments; experience in accounting or payroll is highly desirable, as it will further enhance the Client Partner's ability to establish and maintain their trusted advisory status.
* Demonstrated success in managing and growing strategic client relationships
* Experience with managing projects is desirable
* Ideally an understanding of payroll/accounting based applications, their associated business processes and how they create value for clients
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
