The Role
An opportunity has arisen at St Barnabas Primary School for an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Classroom Teacher to join our team and contribute positively to our wider school environment by taking a key role in delivering high quality lessons for our pupils
The successful candidate will:-
1. Hold qualified teacher status
2. Be a positive role model
3. Be motivated to make a real difference
4. Have excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the curriculum
5. Effective use of differentiation strategies to meet all pupilâs needs
6. Ability to use data and assessments to note areas for improvement and sustaining positive educational outcomes
7. Have the ability to plan high quality, innovative lessons that motivate and inspire the children
8. Share a positive vision of childrenâs education and development
9. Have a real desire to be a part of a hardworking, supportive and creative team
10. Form positive relationships with children and adults
11. Have high expectations of learning and behaviour
12. Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Fluency Duty
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
