Job Description
Duggan Recovery is seeking an experienced Vehicle Recovery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will respond to breakdowns, accident recoveries, and vehicle transport requests, ensuring a safe and professional service for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Respond to roadside breakdowns and recover vehicles safely and efficiently.
* Transport vehicles to designated locations, including garages, dealerships, or private addresses.
* Provide professional and courteous service to customers in stressful situations.
* Operate and maintain recovery vehicles in compliance with safety regulations.
* Complete necessary paperwork and reports for each job.
* Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and emergency call-outs as required.
Requirements
* Must have previous experience in vehicle recovery.
* Valid UK driving licence (Class 2 or C1 essential) Minimum 1 year held.
* Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
* Ability to work independently and handle pressure in emergency situations.
* Good geographical knowledge of the local area.
* Mechanical knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call when required.
