We invite applications for the role of Demand Manager Associate at our Ridings Point (Castleford) site. The role involves providing SKU-level sales forecasts for selected portfolios and monitoring demand using business intelligence tools.
Please note that this position offers a 9 months FTC.

A day in the life of a Demand Manager Associate...
* Support the S&OP process to ensure high service levels and effective communication within the supply chain.
* Monitor daily sales and ensure SKU forecasts align with sales data, communicating effectively with the supply chain.
* Engage with customers and sales teams, utilizing Portfolio and Pricing functions to help achieve the product-level AOP.
* Maintain sales and manufacturing forecasts by product for selected items.
* Collaborate with various functions to understand demand drivers.
* Use a consensus approach with stakeholders, incorporating current market intelligence into demand forecasts.
* Utilize and maintain Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting tool, ensuring data integrity.
* Coordinate with the Centre of Excellence to understand and apply statistical models at the product level.
Who we are looking for
Do you have...?
* Experience in Forecasting
* Experience in Healthcare/FMCG sectors, including supply chain, sales, marketing, business development, or finance
* Exposure to Sales & Operations Planning processes
* Strong analytical skills
* Effective influencing and interpersonal skills
* Intermediate to advanced Excel and presentation skills
Are you...?
* Degree qualified (or A-level with exceptional experience) in Mathematics, Business, or related fields
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Capable of leading and coordinating Demand Planning Review & Sign-off meetings
