Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role involving the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders, as well as supporting general warehouse operations. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, offering a great work–life balance. The role will also include ad hoc driving duties, so a full, clean UK driving licence is essential. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently Preparing goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and packaging Receiving and checking incoming deliveries Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations Assisting with stock control and regular stock takes Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Supporting the wider warehouse team with day-to-day operations Carrying out ad hoc deliveries and collections as required Skills & Experience Required Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Strong organisational skills Good level of physical fitness (lifting and manual handling required) Positive, proactive attitude Essential Requirements Full, clean UK driving licence Right to work in the UK What We Offer Friendly, supportive team environment Monday to Friday working hours (9am–5pm) – no weekends Opportunity to develop product knowledge within a specialist industry Training and progression opportunities Be part of an Employee-Owned business where your contribution matters
