Job Description
We are looking for a driven, dynamic and experienced wedding coordinator, who would relish this exciting opportunity. If you believe you could be the next passionate Wedding Executive to join the team at the Castle, we’d love to hear from you.
1. Be the first contact for all wedding enquiries.
2. Prepare proposals and contracts, check billings, invoices and process payments.
3. Use strong attention to detail produce accurate internal function sheets.
4. Ability to identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
5. Greet all function organisers and bride for each wedding. Be the point of contact and fully responsible for the ceremony
6. Sales driven and ability to optimise every sales opportunity
7. Carry out show rounds, organise and attend wedding fairs and internal events to promote the Castle and its unique offerings.
8. Meet targets, KPI’s, schedules, follow company policies and procedures, and comply with all health and safety regulations.

10. Ability to deal with all enquiries and provide information and quotations via phone and emails.

Qualifications
13. Previous experience as a co-ordinator is preferred but full training will be given
14. Preferably experience with PMS Opera or similar
Additional Information
15. Full-time permanent position
16. £26 per annum, depending on experience
17. Additional bonus based on objectives.
18. An additional share of service charge (about 4k per year, based on business level)
19. Full time – 40 hours per week worked over 5 days and may include weekends. (based on business needs)
20. 5 days sick pay after 6 months service
