What will you need for this job? For this Learning Support Assistant job, you will need to demonstrate a clear desire to work with children and young people. Additionally, previous experience working with children and young people would be beneficial, but not essential. For example, experience working within care, fostering, tutoring, coaching or other childcare settings are all desirable!
