Hours: 40 hours per week – office based, 5 days a week

About the Role
Reporting to the M&E Coordination Team Manager, you’ll lead a team coordinating cyclical servicing, maintenance, repairs, and installations across heating, electrical, and facilities services. You’ll ensure efficient scheduling, manage performance, and drive customer satisfaction across every touchpoint.
* Leading a team of coordinators in delivering an excellent and efficient M&E service.
* Working closely with customer delivery and programme managers to schedule and deliver works effectively.
* Monitoring daily operations to ensure targets are met and services are delivered within regulatory requirements.
* Handling complex maintenance issues and complaints through to resolution.
* Supporting team development, coaching, 1-2-1s, and recruitment.
* Assisting in the rollout of new technology and systems.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience managing teams in a customer-focused environment.
* Knowledge of M&E operations and electronic scheduling systems.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
* Confident using MS Word and Excel, and skilled in analysing data.
* Calm under pressure, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
* Minimum 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at grade C or above.
* A willingness to work flexibly.
Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check will be required.
