Job Description
Monthly & Annual Reporting
3. Prepare statutory accounts for both active and dormant entities.
4. Manage intercompany reporting and hedge accounting, liaising with the US Treasury team.
5. Support group consolidation and foreign subsidiary reporting.
6. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (UK GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS).
7. Assist with audit processes and liaise with auditors to ensure timely responses.
Technical & Project Support
8. Provide technical accounting guidance to UK and international teams.
9. Support internal audit resolution and company secretarial duties.
10. Contribute to acquisition/divestiture accounting and ad hoc financial projects.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
11. Ideally ACA / ACCA Qualified although CIMA Qualified Candidates with the relevant experience will be considered
Skills & Experience:
12. Experience of intercompany accounting and internal controls is a prerequisite
13. Experience within a large multinational organisation would be advantageous
14. Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS.
15. Experience with Caseware and JDE would be advantageous.
16. Advanced Excel skills
You should be available to start this role either immediately or at short notice and commit to the 6 month tenure.
