Fixed term Contract Until 31st September 2025 Full Time & Part Time Opportunities We have an exciting opportunity for multiple Passenger Services Agents to join our Operations department at Condor Ferries in Guernsey. The Role In this role you will be working with our passengers and Travel Partners. You will assist our customers with all their travel needs, from finding the perfect sailings, checking them in, to updating them with vital information and more. In addition, you will assist with resolving any pre-travel complaints or dissatisfaction whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions to create a positive image of the product and the company. Profil To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales or Travel environment speaking directly with passengers and Travel Advisors. You will have excellent communication and administrative skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work according to business needs. Maintaining product and brand knowledge, along with being aware of the business commercial focus, ensuring revenue.You will be able to remain calm and professional in a pressurised environment whilst ensuring you meet the required deadlines.We look for a positive attitude, confidence, flexibility, a friendly disposition, and importantly a genuine passion to help others and to provide quality service. Important details to know: This position does require shift and weekend working. The intended location for this role is Guernsey, Channel Islands.
