Team Overview

It engages with stakeholders across the pharmaceutical industry at senior levels, providing analytical expertise on European pharmaceutical policy and commercial issues.
Role Overview
An incoming Analyst will deliver high-quality, timely input to client projects in the life sciences sector. Responsibilities range from basic analysis to developing complex solutions for clients. The role involves proactive work across multiple projects, with opportunities for skill development within an established framework.
Responsibilities
1. Assist with reviewing and analyzing client requirements; contribute to proposals and solutions.
2. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and develop tailored solutions.
3. Design and structure conference presentations suited to the audience.
4. Contribute to client deliverables using known frameworks and methodologies.
5. Participate in consulting engagements and learning opportunities.
Skills & Experience
* Strong analytical and research skills, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
* Ability to conduct research and synthesize findings into client deliverables.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and reports.
* Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
* Good time management skills.
* Interest and basic knowledge of the biopharma/life sciences industry.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Public Health, Life Sciences, Economics, Business, Healthcare Policy, or related fields.
* Experience supporting strategic projects, consulting, market research, or health sectors.
* Experience working with large datasets and data analysis tools.
* Proficiency in English.
* Solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Willingness and ability to travel; legal right to work in the recruiting country.
