This long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone experienced in supporting students with behavioural needs and who can provide consistent guidance, structure and positive role modelling across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will work closely with pastoral teams and teaching staff to help students remain engaged in lessons, regulate behaviour and achieve their academic potential.
