We are recruiting for an Electrical Service Engineer to join their expert service and support team. The Role
As an Electrical Service Engineer, you will:
Service, repair, and modify sophisticated on-track machinery and electrical systems
Commission new or upgraded equipment to the highest standards
Deliver expert technical support both on-site and remotely
Participate in an on-call rota, providing timely, professional assistance to clients
Travel across the UK and internationally to support key projects
This role offers a great deal of variety one day youll be fine-tuning advanced rail machinery in the UK, the next you could be supporting international rail projects.
Must have:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic systems
Skills: Strong background in fault-finding, repairs, and commissioning
Qualifications: Recognised apprenticeship (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent desirable)
Licence: Full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential)
Personal Qualities: Flexible, proactive, and an excellent communicator
Experience within the rail industry is desirable but not essential full product training will be provided.
