Are you detail-driven with a passion for numbers? Do you enjoy keeping things organised, accurate, and running smoothly? We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join our client’s team and play a key role in supporting the finance department and wider business operations.
What you’ll be doing
* Manage the accounts inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication.
* Reconcile supplier statements and prepare supplier payment runs.
* Support with intercompany transactions (UK, US, and BV).
* Complete regular bank account reconciliations.
* Generate and present business reports in Excel.
* Provide cover for accounts payable when required.
* Communicate with customers regarding payments via phone and email.
* Chase outstanding debts and maintain the aged debt tracker.
* Update and manage customer portals.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
* Strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High levels of accuracy, organisation, and time management.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have's
* Experience with intercompany transactions.
* Knowledge of VAT returns and audits.
* Familiarity with Orderwise and SEPA processes.
