Role : Clinical Lead
Location : Greater Manchester
Contract : Permanent
Hours : Full time, Monday to Friday with 1 to 2 Saturdays a month with time off in lieu during the week.
Salary : £55,000 per annum
Our client is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse from a cosmetic or surgical background. Confident in minor ops, patient care and team leadership.
As the Clinical Lead, you’ll be responsible for :
* Leading and supervising the nursing team across all clinical activity
* Maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care in line with CQC requirements
* Supporting surgeons during minor surgical procedures
* Managing stock of all clinical supplies and surgical instruments
* Overseeing pre-assessments, admissions, and post‑op recovery, including wound care and suture removal
* Supporting CQC compliance, audits, and training frameworks (training provided if required)
* Managing staff rotas and clinical diaries in line with surgeon schedules and theatre demand
