We are now seeking out an EAMS Application Support Analyst to support our introduction of the Infor (EAMS) Enterprise Asset Management System across the group, to drive and improve upon the safety, security, and reliability of our transport services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Engineering Systems Business Relationship Manager and our Application Management Services support partner to Analyse, scope, facilitate and enhance the EAMS system to meet the developing Business requirements Support the enhancement of management KPI reporting Ensure all aspects of the IT based maintenance operations are developed and supported in line with Stagecoach Group IT policies and procedures Work closely with Group stakeholders to develop and improve engineering and design systems and data integration Facilitate and mature business and IT processes to ensure the accuracy of the Asset Management System Act as the liaison for the Change and Release lifecycle of EAMS, producing comprehensive testing and deployment processes Support the Business in identifying and mitigating repeated issues through Problem Management disciplines Work closely with our 3rd Party AMS partner to facilitate Incident Management processes to resolution Work closely with our 3rd Party AMS partner to oversee and support delivery of Statement of Works based enhancements Qualifications Applicants should be able to demonstrate all of the Essential Requirements listed below Experience of implementing and or supporting Infor EAMS, or a similar product like MAXIMO, into a Maintenance Operation Ability to operate at a senior level gaining the confidence of senior management teams Experience of the definition and demand processes, and an integrated systems approach in the full Product Lifecycle general Experience of leading process design and data management teams A solid understanding of wider IT scope and principles, e.g. Technical Infrastructure, Continuity planning, Governance and compliance, IT Operations e.g. (ITIL) Strong leadership and influencing skills, operating at a senior management level Ability to work under pressure, in a changing and developing environment Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Commitment to working as part of a team An understanding of health and safety requirements of a working environment Benefits and Salary Competitive Salary Annual discretionary bonus scheme - maximum potential of 10% of salary Defined contribution pension scheme with employer contribution of 6% Death in Service cover 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Stagecoach Bus Travel for you and a companion Access to the Benefits for You platform with retail and leisure discounts Stagecoach workplace culture is one where everyone can be themselves and where all the differences our people bring to the business are celebrated.
