Were working with a growing renewables business in South Wales that is bringing experienced solar teams in-house to support a strong pipeline of domestic and commercial projects.
This is a full-time employed role for an established 2-man team - not subcontracting, not ad hoc work.
Whats on offer
* £45,000 basic per person
* Performance bonusestaking earnings to£55k£65k+
* Overtime available

The work
* Solar PV installation
* Battery storage systems
* Mixture of domestic and commercial projects
* Additional M&E / ventilation work during quieter solar periods
What were looking for
* Established 2-man team(must already work together)
* Proven experience insolar PV + battery installs
* BPEC Solar PV qualification
* Battery / energy storage certification
* Strong standards - clean installs, no call-backs
* Professional on-site attitude
