We are pleased to present a temporary opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist to support our GP practices. This role is initially for two weeks, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will work within a primary care environment, offering high-quality clinical support and patient consultations.

Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on medicines and prescribing.
* Manage repeat prescriptions and ensure safe, effective processes.
* Deliver structured patient consultations and clinical support.
* Contribute to medicines optimisation across the practice.
* Support the wider clinical team with pharmacy-related tasks.
* Ensure safe, evidence-based pharmaceutical care.
Requirements
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Completion of the CPPE General Practice Pharmacist Pathway.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development.
* Extensive primary care experience.
* Strong ability to manage workload independently.
* Excellent communication and patient-focused approach.

* A valid passport is required.

* Verification of GPhC registration will be required.
