The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in sales and business growth. Principal Accountabilities Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors, maintaining a pipeline in the CRM. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and customers. Understand client needs, prepare and propose presentations of tailored solutions to align with their objectives, and build and maintain strong relationships. Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure strategies align and customers are satisfied.
