Your experience in care and training will inspire and develop the next generation of care professionals. What you’ll be doing Support and assess learners across South Wales, visiting workplaces to deliver tailored guidance Design and manage Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to meet each learner’s needs Evaluate evidence of skills and maintain accurate records of progress and attendance Deliver and arrange day-release training, ensuring compliance with awarding body requirements Achieve performance targets while maintaining the highest training and assessment standards What we’re looking for Essential: Relevant training experience and a recognised teaching/assessing qualification (A1 Assessor Award, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent) Experience in an apprenticeship setting Strong occupational background and technical competence in Health & Social Care Full driving licence and access to a vehicle Willingness to complete a company-funded DBS check and register with the EWC Desirable: Welsh language skills Why join? 30 days’ annual leav...
