Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician with significant experience of working in a maintenance electrician's position. This is an alternating shift working position (includes nights). A highly motivated, proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude, who enjoys both working on their own initiative but also, sharing ideas to support the team.
Key Responsibilities
· Implement and support rapid breakdown fault finding and rectification.
· Maintenance of line equipment, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
· Facilitate and complete planned maintenance programs.
· Implement continuous improvement to improve machinery performance.
· Accurate completion of maintenance data entry reporting.
· Create, lead and deliver projects.
Education & Training Requirements
· NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering, or the equivalent
· Completed recognized Electrical Apprenticeship
· GCSE Mathematics & English, Grade C or above, or equivalent
Experience
· Minimum of 3 years post apprentice experience in a maintenance electrician's position
· Fault finding experience, including diagnostics and root cause analysis.
· Experience of working in a dynamic production environment
· Experience with PLC programming Mitsubishi Siemens and Allen Bradley
