About the School:
This is a Primary School in Haringey and an inclusive comprehensive school that sits within the heart of our community. They take seriously our responsibilities to safeguard the welfare of children and young people in our care. It is vital that we are able to establish and maintain an environment where students feel safe and secure.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and committed School Administrative Officer to join as soon as possible. This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Your role as a School Administration will include:
7. Dealing with day-to-day enquiries from and for pupils, parents and staff in a calm, friendly and professional manner
8. Manage admissions procedures ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and that information is effectively communicated to appropriate staff
9. Update/input and manage all pupil data held on the management information system (SIMS) in school
10. Managing transport bookings and requirements for daily school minibuses and off-site trips
11. Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems
12. Undertake typing, word-processing and other IT based tasks
13. Support Leadership teams with producing reports/letters where appropriate
14. To ensure the maintenance of clear and effective manual and electronic filing, records and other systems and to keep them updated
15. Produce reports from data system to enable management to consider the needs of the pupils at the school to ensure their well-being e.g. attendance, lateness, health concerns
We are looking for someone with the below skills
16. Previous experience working at School is preferred
17. Excellent communication and organisational skills
18. ICT competency in all Microsoft Packages, SIMS
19. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
20. Right to work in the UK (Essential)
21. Able to work in a highly pressured environment to meet demands and deadlines
22. An eye for detail and committed to accuracy
23. 2 recent professional references
