We’re growing fast and are looking to expand our professional team with like-minded individuals who are passionate about the rural sector.
The Role
You’ll work on a diverse range of instructions, including:
* Valuation of rural and agricultural property for a variety of purposes
* Land and estate management, working with both traditional and institutional clients
* Agricultural tenancy matters, including succession, rent reviews, and end-of-tenancy issues
* Compulsory purchase and compensation work involving utilities and infrastructure schemes
* Planning and development, including promotion and option agreements
* Environmental and agri-environment schemes, including an interest in Natural Capital, Biodiversity Net Gain, and emerging land use markets
You’ll also be part of a team providing strategic advice to farming clients and landowners on diversification and business planning.
About You
We welcome interest from surveyors with significant experience. We are looking for surveyors with a passion for rural property, an ability to build client relationships, and a willingness to grow and contribute to our team.
You will ideally have:
* CAAV membership or willingness to work towards it
* Proven experience as a fee earner in a professional environment
* Familiarity with relevant software and digital tools
* A positive, proactive mindset and an ability to work independently
* An interest in mentoring junior colleagues or contributing to the firm’s development (if more experienced)
