We are pleased to offer the position of registered Pharmacist to join our in-house Pharmacy team. You will be responsible for ensuring the clinically and legally accurate supply of all dispensed medication in accordance with GPhC standards and Responsible Pharmacist regulations.
* Ensure compliance with the Clinical Governance framework, including all key elements such as Patient and Public involvement, Clinical Audit programme, Risk Management, Clinical effectiveness, staffing and staff management, and use of information and premises standards.
* Support Pharmacy First and other new clinical services.
* Manage Care Home, Community Patient Checking, and provide Clinical Advice.
* Ensure adherence to Responsible Pharmacist regulations.
* Maintain team competence, providing training as needed.
* Follow all pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Log all errors and near misses, and implement actions to rectify and prevent recurrence.
* Complete required Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and stay updated with current pharmacy practices.
